Benjamin E. Bowdoin, a native of Oxford, Alabama, recites the oath of enlistment after joining the Marine Corps Delayed Entry Program in Montgomery, Alabama on Oct. 2, 2020. As part of the DEP, he will prepare for recruit training, which takes place at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina.
