Oregon Army National Guard Lt. Col. Joseph Mendel passes the battalion guidon to Sgt. Maj. Jim Brown, 2nd Battalion, 641st Aviation Regiment, during a change of command ceremony on Oct. 17, at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Salem, Ore.
