    201010-N-TP832-1109 OKINAWA, Japan (Oct. 10, 2020) Equipment Operator 1st Class Sergio Alvarez, from National City, Calif., assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, makes notes to adjust the battlesight zero of an M4 rifle during a marksmanship qualification course on board Camp Hansen in Okinawa, Japan. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
