Thanks to the joint efforts made by the 595th Transportation Brigade, the 401st Army Field Support Brigade, the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, and DOD civilians and contractors in Kuwait, two Landing Craft Utility vessels are on their way to their next area of operations on Oct. 07,2020. The maneuver, which hasn't taken place in Kuwait in approximately twenty years, allows for multiple large transport vessels to be carried to a new area of operation while conserving manpower and fuel.
