A U.S. Navy Seabees construction site is shown with workers assembling what appears to be a large circular metal structure, likely a building frame or hangar, using a yellow mobile crane. A project sign in the foreground identifies this as a Seabees operation to 'Construct Air Force Equipment Storage,' with listed Project and Safety Supervisors. The site is located in a tropical or subtropical environment, surrounded by pine-like trees and sandy terrain.
