OKINAWA, JAPAN—U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Eduardo Tenaperez, a motor transport mechanic with Truck Co., Headquarters Bn., 3rd Marine Division, checks the oil on a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) here, Sep. 18.
