    A Coast Guard helicopter crewman is squeezed amongst food rations provided by the U.S. government to assist the people of the Dominican Republic. Tropical Storm Noel ravaged the area with severe flooding and mudslides isolating many communities in the country. More than 80 people have died in the Dominican Republic as a result of Noel.
