Hurricane Laura debris is moved to the right-of-way Sept. 21, 2020, in Lake Charles, La., neighborhoods as communities impacted from the late August Category 4 hurricane continue down the road of recovery. The Corps is providing technical assistance to the state, via FEMA, for debris management and removal.
