Benson humbly speaks to the audience about his actions during the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history at the 2017 Route 91 Harvest Country Music Festival. Benson said “…to be presented with a prestigious medal such as the Airman’s Medal is truly a blessing and honor.”
