Col. Jeffrey M. Hewlett transfers the Marine Corps Air Station New River colors to Lt. Col. Mitchell E. Cassell at a change of command ceremony aboard the air station, July 27. The passing of the colors symbolizes the transfer of authority to the new commanding officer. Hewlett retired at the ceremony after serving for more than 28 years in the United States Marine Corps.
