U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Jazzlynn Thompson, a UH-1Y Venom helicopter crew chief with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 469, travels to a forward arming and refueling point (FARP) training event in Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 24, 2020. HMLA-469 conducted the FARP training to increase their familiarity and coordination with refueling and re-arming while operating in forward locations; The training was executed in cooperation with 9th ESB, 3rd Transportation Support Battalion (TSB) and Combat Logistics Regiment (CLR) 3.
