Lt. Col. Rhett Blackmon, 5th Battalion, 5th Security Force Assistance Brigade Commander, maneuvers under fire with a simulated foreign force partner at the Multi-Purpose Range Complex during Vanguard Focus at Yakima Training Center, Sept. 23, 2020.
