Leticia Mendez, senior enlisted advisor, Headquarters and Headquarters Company 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, during the 1st Theater Sustainment Command’s Noncommissioned Officer Induction Ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Sept. 25, 2020. The 1st TSC NCO Induction Ceremony served as a rite of passage for the newly promoted NCOs.
