William Buckler, Jr., commander, 412th Theater Engineer Command, Vicksburg, Miss., arrives on the far shore, crossing the completed Improved Ribbon Bridge spanning the Arkansas River, as part of River Assault 2012 at Fort Chaffee, Ark.
