Military policemen, from 116th Military Police Company, 2nd platoon, out of Fort Riley, Kan., and a medic with 690th Medical Company (Ground Ambulance) from Fort Benning, Ga., give a role-player water during Vibrant Response 13 at Mascatatuck Urban Training Complex, Ind., July 31. Vibrant Response is a major field training exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North.
