200807-N-EJ843-0014 GROTON, Conn. (Aug. 07, 2020) Information Systems Technicians (Submarine) Seaman Jakob Naylor, a student at Naval Submarine School (SUBSCOL), does bicep curls at Morton Hall Gym on Naval Submarine Base (SUBASE) New London. To limit any undue risk, SUBASE and Morton Hall staff have implemented new COVID-19 protocols and safety measures in addition to two separate and designated patron usage periods: one for active duty only, and one for SUBSCOL students only. Patrons are also required to wear facial coverings when not engaged in physical workout activity. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Jimmy Ivy III/Released)
