Lt. Col. John Habbestad, 9th Airlift Squadron commander, explains the current mission of the squadron to Maj. Gen. Thad Bibb, 18th Air Force commander, during a visit to the base Sept. 22, 2020, at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware.
