Join Aberdeen Proving Ground on its Facebook page for the first live Monument to Monument: Going for Gold special Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020.
See our two participants, Ritsa Karakanas and Major Antwan Glenn-Tracy, represent the 500 virtual runners completing the APG Monument to Monument Run to Honor 5K course at home. APG’s own Drew Rehkop and Bethani Crouch will provide commentary throughout the event, and some well-known guests will be featured as APG honors its Gold Star Mother’s and Families.
The race will conclude at our Gold Star Plaza where a memorial marker honoring Marine CPL Dale Alan Burger, Jr. will be placed.
