U.S. Navy beach masters oversee offload of vehicles, personnel and equipment from a landing craft air cushion in support of a non-combatant evacuation operation (NEO) exercise during Rim of the Pacific 2012, July 28. Twenty-two nations, more than 40 ships and submarines, 200 aircraft and 25,000 personnel are participating in the biennial RIMPAC exercise from June 29 to Aug. 3, in and around the Hawaiian islands.
