Foster Kennedy, Ohio Army National Guard Soldier, fires his rifle during the Odds are Against Your Team match in the Marksmanship Advisory Council Region Two Championships, August 27-30, 2020, which is his final marksmanship competition before retiring. Kennedy is one of thirty-three guardsmen who spent four intense days, in heat, rain, and shine, competing in at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, but after 21 years in the military and 10 years shooting for the Army National Guard he will retire.
