CHAMBERSBURG, Pa.
Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert Brower joins the Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) team through the 140L Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Systems Technician Training with Industry (TWI) internship program. The TWI internship is a one year program that takes a selected Warrant Officer out of the normal Army military environment and exposes them to the organic industrial base, commercial business practices, technology development processes, and techniques that are not taught through military training. The goal of the TWI Program is to develop the Warrant Officer’s experience in higher levels of managerial techniques and provide an understanding of the relationships of their industry as it relates to specific functions in the Army and ADA community.
