U.S. and Qatar Emiri Air Force pilots and weapon system officers pose for a group photo after an F-15E familiarization flight on Aug. 24, 2020, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The flight was part of a three-day event called the U.S.-Qatar Friendship Event that brought together members of the QEAF and the U.S. Air Force assigned to the 379th and 332nd AEW, as well as the 492nd EFS, to share knowledge about the F-15QA, a dual role fighter and the most advanced version of the F-15 Eagle to date, which the QEAF is scheduled to receive in 2021.
