Petty Officer 2nd Class Tim Riesche, a corpsman with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa, evaluates a role player with a simulated medical issue during an evacuation control center training exercise, July 20, 2012. Riesche, a Vacaville, Calif., native, is a reservist with 4th Force Reconnaissance Company in Alameda, Calif. Marines and sailors of Special-Purpose MAGTF Africa took part in ECC training on Naval Station Rota, Spain. The exercise allowed the Special-Purpose MAGTF to practice a noncombatant evacuation operation.
