A military officer in MARPAT desert camouflage uniform addresses a group of fellow service members at what appears to be a forward operating base in an arid environment. The central figure is gesturing with his right hand, suggesting he is briefing or instructing the assembled personnel. The setting and uniforms are consistent with U.S. Marine Corps operations in a desert theater.
