200827-N-FA444-1068 YOKOSUKA, Japan (August 27, 2020) - Culinary Specialist Seaman Ricky Ratcliff, from Whiteville, North Carolina, conducts rescue breathing on a training mannequin during a CPR training aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Rescue breathing is used during CPR to aid in the resuscitation of a patient. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
