Fireman Patrick Landford, Coast Guard Boat Station San Juan 45-foot Boat Medium crew member, throws a line to a Grenadian and Bahamian boater aboard the disabled and adrift 44-foot recreational vessel Sand Piper Aug. 26, 2020, approximately half a nautical mile off the coast of Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. The Sand Piper was safely towed to San Juan Marina in San Juan Harbor, where the boaters were allowed to conduct repairs.
