Three U.S. Coast Guard personnel are gathered in a hangar in front of an orange Coast Guard helicopter during what appears to be a formal recognition or award ceremony. Two individuals are wearing olive green flight suits while a third wears a blue Coast Guard uniform with the name 'BUSEY' visible on his chest. All three are wearing black face masks, suggesting this took place during the COVID-19 pandemic period.
