U.S. Army critical care paramedics from the 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment Air Ambulance Detachment at Joint Task Force-Bravo, deliver a patient in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the neck to an ambulance exchange point in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, to receive lifesaving surgical intervention, July 14, 2020.
