Nolan Wise, a Rosemount, Minn., native and member of the 302nd Inland Cargo Transportation Company, based in Arden Hills, Minn., uses predetermined hand signals to ground guide a forklift operator to move a cement barrier. The 302nd ICTC spent three weeks at Fort Hunter Liggett running the shipping and receiving yard for Combat Support Training Exercise 91 12-01, July 2012.
