A U.S. Army soldier in full combat gear is positioned in low vegetation, firing a weapon while blue smoke billows around them. The soldier is wearing MultiCam camouflage, a tactical helmet, body armor, and a full rucksack, suggesting a field training exercise. The setting appears to be a rural, open field with trees in the background under an overcast sky.

This year’s exercise will take place primarily at 7ATC’s Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels Training Areas in Bavaria.
