A rigid inflatable boat (RIB) carrying approximately 6-7 military personnel is navigating through rough open ocean waters at high speed. The personnel are wearing camouflage uniforms and helmets with visors, consistent with naval or maritime special operations forces. The boat is generating significant wake and spray as it cuts through choppy waves.
