The image shows a formation of four naval warships sailing together on open blue ocean waters under a partly cloudy sky. The vessels appear to be from different navies operating in a joint or multinational exercise formation. Hull numbers are partially visible on at least two of the ships, including what appears to be '334' and '174'.
