Airmen with the 205th Engineering and Installation Squadron (205th EIS) lower an Airman from a training tower using a Z-Rig pulley system during a simulated rescue exercise as part of their annual safety and rescue requalification training on Aug. 4, 2020, at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City. Airmen from the 205th EIS use a Z-Rig system that can be quickly assembled and deployed to more easily perform rescues because it decreases the effort needed to raise or lower the weight of the patient by two-thirds.
