Meade Md. the 659th Intelligence, Surveillance Reconnaissance Group mission is to provide direct ISR support to the 16th Air Forc, which contributes to the United States Cyber Command's mission. Col Douglas D. Smith formally relinquished command to Col. Brian W. Garino after commanding the 659th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group for the past two years.
