    Fort Huachuca

    The U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence & Fort Huachuca held a change of command ceremony at 8 a.m., Aug. 11, 2020, between Maj. Gen. Laura A. Potter, outgoing commanding general, and Brig. Gen. Anthony R. Hale, incoming commander. The host of the ceremony and reviewing officer was Lt. Gen. James E. Rainey, commander, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center & Fort Leavenworth.
    Fort Huachuca's unique environment encompasses 964 square miles of restricted airspace and 2,500 square miles of protected electronic ranges, key components to the national defense mission.
