Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert makes his keynote remarks at the change of office and retirement ceremony for the Judge Advocate General of the Navy and change of command for Naval Legal Service Command at the Washington Navy Yard. Vice Adm. Nanette M. DeRenzi assumed the office of the JAG of the Navy from Vice Adm. James W. Houck after he retired from the position at the official ceremony. Rear Adm. James W.
