    173rd Airborne Brigade

    U.S. Army paratroopers assigned to 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade fly in a V-22 Osprey while performing loading and exiting training, familiarizing themselves with the aircrafts and Marine Corps flight crews assigned to the Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 263 in Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Aug. 7, 2020 in preparation for Exercise Saber Junction 20, beginning this week.

    The 173rd Airborne Brigade is the U.S. Army's Contingency Response Force in Europe, providing rapidly deployable forces to the United States Europe, Africa and Central Command areas of responsibility. Forward deployed across Italy and Germany, the brigade routinely trains alongside NATO allies and partners to build partnerships and strengthen the alliance.
