A military olive-drab green dump truck is actively unloading a large quantity of black gravel or crushed asphalt onto a paved surface. The truck's bed is raised at a steep angle, with material cascading down onto an existing pile. Sandbags are visible along the perimeter of the work area, suggesting a controlled construction or base maintenance operation.
