Army Col. (Dr.) Vic Adamson holds open the mouth of a cow in the Tadjoura District of Djibouti, Africa, so that Lt. Col. Vicente perez administers the vitamin Ivomec. This cow was one of 21,000 animals that received treatment in the of the month-long Operation Honest Dart in the Tadjoura District of Djibouti, Africa. Adamson and Perez are members of the 350th Civil Affairs Command out of Pensacola, Fla., a member of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
