Kelli Phillips (left), Savannah District Emergency Management chief and T.J. Tessneer, EM specialist, gather and organize health and deployment supplies for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District Temporary Power Team July 31 in advance of approaching Hurricane Isaias. Corps temporary power teams deploy to provide relief to storm-stricken areas by installing emergency generators, which provides electrical power to critical infrastructure such as municipal facilities, nursing homes and waste-water treatment facilities. Temporary power teams face their biggest challenge this storm season by responding in a COVID environment. Along with their usual apparel and equipment additional heath protective equipment is needed, such as suitable face coverings, masks, gloves and other sanitation supplies. -U.S. Army Photo by Russell Wicke
