Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Sarah Eugene receives a petty officer third class rank insignia from Chief Hospital Corpsman Andrew Bradley during a Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Pensacola frocking ceremony, July 31, 2020. During the ceremony, NMRTC Pensacola frocked 12 Sailors to the next higher paygrade. Frocking is a Navy tradition that provides the selected Sailors an opportunity to wear and take the responsibilities of their new rank before they are formally advanced.
