U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (June 15, 2020) – Equipment Operator Constructionman Ronald Doleogarcia, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, collects dirt to fill Hesco containers to create a stockpile area for airfield damage repair material. NMCB 1, homeported in Gulfport, Mississippi, is part of the Naval Construction Force with personnel assigned worldwide, performing a variety of missions in support of the Navy and the Department of Defense.
