SANTA RITA, Guam (July 31, 2020) Capt. Bret Grabbe, commodore of Commander, Submarine Squadron (CSS) 15, from Kansas City, Kansas, addresses Sailors after taking command of CSS-15. Grabbe relieved Capt. Tim Poe, from Patuxent River, Maryland, as commodore of CSS-15 during a change of command ceremony on July 31, 2020. CSS-15 is responsible for providing training, material, and personnel readiness support to four Los Angles-class fast-attack submarine commands located at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam.
