Bret Grabbe, commodore of Commander, Submarine Squadron (CSS) 15, from Kansas City, Kansas, poses for a photo in front of Konetzni Hall after taking command of CSS-15. Grabbe relieved Capt. Tim Poe, from Patuxent River, Maryland, as commodore of CSS-15 during a change of command ceremony on July 31, 2020.
