Two U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are participating in a military change of command or colors ceremony, both wearing face masks consistent with COVID-19 protocols. They are jointly handling a unit guidon or colors flag with red, yellow, and blue elements adorned with gold fringe and multiple streamer ribbons. The ceremony appears to be taking place outdoors on a grassy field with an audience seated in the background under a white tent.
