The 364th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), an Army Reserve unit from Marysville, Wash., gave the 316th ESC, an Army Reserve unit from Pittsburgh, control of its mission in a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, July 18. "The last seven months have given us the opportunity to set the stage the way we wanted, to establish methods of doing business and accomplish the mission," said Brig. Gen. Jonathan G. Ives, commanding general of the 364th ESC.
