Seabee Divers from Underwater Construction Team ONE (UCT-1), Construction Diving Detachment Charlie (CDD/C) perform an early morning 4-point moor with a 36 foot diving support craft. CDD/C is supporting the installation of a magnetic signature range outside of Naval Station Norfolk in support of Naval Expeditionary maritime support craft, and underwater autonomous vehicles.
