A U.S. Army soldier wearing OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniform with an American flag patch is performing a medical procedure, likely an IV insertion or blood draw, on a patient's arm. The soldier is wearing latex gloves and working at a medical station with a sharps disposal container visible. This appears to be either a field medical training exercise or an actual medical assistance operation.
