C5ISR Center’s Prototype Integration Facility is using additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing, for rapid support to the Command Post Integrated Infrastructure program. The team created a custom part to address safety and environmental needs in just two days by completing multiple designs, test fittings, modifications, and final 3D printing of the full quantity.
