Mohan, commanding general of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, leads the procession of the official party into the Relief in Place/Transfer of Authority ceremony July 8 in the hangar of the Powidz Air Base, Powidz, Poland. During the ceremony, the 652nd RSG, an Army Reserve unit out of Helena, Montana, transferred authority of the 11 base camps they conducted base operations for across Poland to the 297th RSG, a National Guard unit from Alaska.
